The Realms of Merhenzur, usually on the far stretching continent of Monder'don. Mostly in the 9th age, although i'm writing up a campaign which takes place in a much earlier time. My first DnD campaign was set in Faerun, the next was Dragonlance, then more FR. A couple of times I've done Ravenloft. And recently, more in Greyhawk. But my love falls to my own creation. I have written the history, upto the 9th age; thus why i mainly design around that time. For the 9th age, is unwritten and unknown to me. Indeed i am aware of world events, and prophecies, but thus far, the 9th age is a time shaped by players, whose conquests and aspirations leave far deeper indentations in world history than they would believe to dream.
...RAGNAROK...
I am the Apocalypse of the World, the end to its order, the beginning of chaos. The Anathema of Sanity. In me shall you find what cannot be explained. The Fires of Chaos can melt the sturdiest steel. And I shall descend from the skies in Mighty Flames to bring chaos to the order. Hinder not my path, and accept the truth behind the deception.

Forgotten Realms.

However, I don't stick strictly to it (Sometimes I'll put in a city or two that's just mine..) but I usually stick to FR. I love the way everything works.. the history.. the people.. it's just.. bomb. And don't forget the Drow!

Custom :)

I admit, I stole a map from Eberron (flip it 180 degrees and voila! Kael is born!)

But most of it is my own. Gotta love Fractal Terrains. Mmmm... easy maps....

One of these days I'll actually get around to sticking my world info on the site. Stupid college classes.... must... go....to class...

Unless....

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Me: Great, so now I have Satan in my computer. Like XP wasn't problematic enough.

My favourite campaign setting is FR becasue of the history, the cultures, the patheons and espically the varied reiagons. the campaign my group is about to start is in the Moonshae reiagons. i have been looking up on celtic gods and legends along with reading a book called 'The history of the irish' race that is rather intresting. The only thing i'm worried about is my gung-ho players and there kill or be killed atitude.

Hmm. I would throw them in a situation with too many shades of gray for them to have such an attitude. But that's just me.
