This is our campaign setting, and I'd like a little feedback.

In keeping with 'real' mythology, the underworld is actually under the world, with 'heaven' being above the clouds. I'm not sure how to adjudicate this though, and would like some suggestions.

Wow, this looks very comprehensive. IT's goign to take me some time to read through all of it to give a proper review, but after abotu 5 mintues of realizing what an undertaking his has been for you, I'm impressed at the scale, if nothing else.
