The Rapier light off-hand weapon?

Just how did you get a crit range of 15-20? The Merc Greatsword only has the x4 crit with no increased crit range, unless you get keen or improved crit.

weapon master :P

but to be exact I believe the dwarf in my game had a special 'family' greataxe with a x4 multiplier and 2d8 dmg with improved crit and keen...I've since decided that I shall stick to standard weapon modifications since special ones are a bit too unpredictable

the above mentioned half-orc barb/cleric/fighter is still the bigest single hit build i have ever seen, even bigger than some paladin builds with smite

Sorry, I made an error with the 1d8 damage thing.

I think we are going to implement the twin weapon fighting style.

Just gonna make it a really high level, like +16 base attack
...or 20 str, 20 dex.

And ambidexterity is gonna have some nasty prereqs too.

Anyhoo, I just finished up making a PC for a death slaad race so I'm way tired, but that's a topic for another thread.

Thank you everyone. It definitely made us consider some things that we weren't even thinking about.

Ah the classic cheese-balled powerhouse. he with a chraisma of 6 and worthless skills does do feats of strength for 100 damage. here's another thing you could add, make that half-orc a were-bear. i believe its a +16 to str.

In order to become a were-creature/lycanthrope, a character does not first need to be a druid. All that is needed is for the character to become afflicted by the curse of lycanthropy, usually by getting bitten by a natural lycanthrope and failing the save.

hehehe you missunderstand, I meant that if the character were a werebear I would have to make him at least part druid because I like the were creature templates from whitewolf, werebears were solitary 'druid' type peoples which was their ultimate demise since even though werebears were much more powerful than werewolves, werewolves travel in packs :)

on that note though, has everyone seen this bear warrior prc? to me its seems fine for flavor but otehrwise utterly useless...should probably start a topic about it but I don't see that much interest...

on another sidenote my only druid character was named Bloodbear adn i was going to make him a shifter specializing in bear forms of varying kinds but i never got above lvl 4 :) before i decided i liked sorcerors way better
