Google SketchUp Anybody used it?

I was just browsing through a list of Google's programs, and I spotted one called SketchUp. It looks like it is used for 3D modeling. Admittedly this doesn't sound like it would provide much use to D&D, but I could see using it to create images of objects, building exteriors or even modeling dungeons themselves.

So, my questions are, has anyone used this? And how useful would it be for the applications I mentioned? How else might it be used for D&D?
