Hello i am building a scout that fights with two throwing axes. in melee, if i attack with my axes, do i get the skirmish for both attacks of my axes if i move 10 ft in the same round? and what happens if i through my axes after moving 10 ft in my round, do i get it there too?

my dm is trying to 'axe' me but i dont think he understands the skirmish ability rules.
