Another resource if you don't want to use ebay to score some 1e books would be some of the websites that are dedicated to 1e. A lot of grognards (I may or may not fit in that category) have hoards of books they buy and hold and don't have a lot of use for. Usually a friendly "I need a PHB" post gets a few offers.


PS: Oh man, this thread is from 2004 isn't it? :D
