You might have a chance, as long as by 'vampire lord' your DM didn't mean that he has this template. If he does, then you had better head to the temple to book some room in the graveyard... If he is, then all of the wonderful resistances which can be taken advantage of are worth next to nothing. If, however your foe is not using this template, then try using positoxins (see libris mortis) on him, they are great for ruining any undead's day (or night, if you are fighting on his terms :P)

Wow... that is the template for DMs that really, really, reallllly don't like their players o.o I would have to second Shadowkami (welcome back, btw) in saying that if the "Kas" DM is using this on you you're, well... proper f'ed.

Just a hint of original Dracula in there, too.

That's some really nice stuff you found there, Shadowkami. I'd handle that one by burning the DM's NPC sheet in the same fire the fire-immune, acid-immune, regenerating horror was burned in. It almost reminds me a little of Ravenloft vampires, but taken way too far.

To be fair, I didn't actually find it, that honour was reserved for lyinginbedmon. We have actually encountered one of these, but fortunately we didn't have to fight him, it turns out that he is content to just live in the basement of one of the members of our group's house...
But yeah, torches and pitchforks all the way if your DM pulls this one on you :P
