what are heroic feats?
what book(s) are they in?
where can I find the heroic feat- expertise?

well I found expertise. it is the 3.0 verion of 3.5 Combat Expertise. as for heroic feat. not sure why they threw heroic in there.

(this question was cooked up from coming across the Dragon Magazine prestige class- Gnome Trickster and its requirements [in a 2000 annual or something]).
