YES!!! This is AWESOME!!! I am totally gonna have a ranger with a giraffe as an animal companion now.
I am curious as to why you would want to put in mating information... Did you have to look that up or something?
Oh... and how is it that groundhogs do negative damage? 1d2-3?

One variant I've seen is when a creature does less than one point of damage, it inflicts 1 point of subdual damage instead (so a 1st level mage can't be killed by a house cat.)

I did hav eto look up giraffes to figure otu where to ballpark their stats. In thee was information on how they fough (figured it was sort of necessary. I don't know anything about giraffes). Then there was that bit about mating....figured, why not? Makes for a good bit of trivia when yoru party's bard makes his Lore check.

How about start working on families of animals next? My vote: big cats.
Mountain lion / cougar
Puma
Cheetah

Panther
Tiger
etc.
Imagine the sweet sweet fear when your skeletal cheetah bounds for the party at an insane speed of 240! (assuming some sort of ability to temporarily double their standard speed [arbitrarily set for now at 60], then doubled for a charge).

Actually, before anyone posts any more animal requests I think they should check the ends of the various Monster Manuals. There is a chapter called Animals which has statsitic blocks for alot of creatures.

Nice suggestions. Kangaroo never even occurred to me. The anaconda could be construed as a large constrictor, but I don't think that does justice to an animal that eats cattle. And the cobra, along with other venimous snakes, definitely needs statistics. Hyena might be in sandstorm, though I could be wrong. If it is not, I'll stat one out, otherwise I'll post to that end.
