Out of curiousity is there a feat that allows a sorcerer or a favored soul to obtain more spells known?

Extra Spell
You learn an additional spell.
Prerequisites: Caster level 3rd.
Benefits: You lean one additional spell at any level up to one lower than the highest level of spell you can currently cast. Thus, a 4th-level sorcerer (maximum spell level 2nd) gains a new 0-level or a 1st-level spell known with which to expand her repertoire. For classes such as wizard that have more options for learning spells, Extra Spell is generally used to learn a specific spell that the character lacks access to and would be unable to research.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time, you learn a new spell at any level up to one lower than the highest level of spell you can cast.
Source: The Complete Arcane.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Me: Great, so now I have Satan in my computer. Like XP wasn't problematic enough.

Yes, which is just a two spell version of the non-epic one.

Has nothing to do with being a dragon, Yurith.
Complete Arcane has a series of feats with the Draconic descriptor. The requirement for feats with the Draconic descriptor? At least one level of sorc.
And I'm afraid I don't understand why elves came up.

Probably because the Elves' favored class is Wizard... But in that case, wizards get as many spells as they can scribe into their spellbooks, so I too am confused.
"I'm back, and starting all over again... Again."
