Drow is a subrace of elves, not a class. Drow are found in the Monster Manual, with tons more information available in several Forgotten Realms campaign sourcebooks, since they are heavily used in that world.

mmmmmm drow.....mmmmmm im sorry i just had a happy moment...
You might also want to look in Savage Species, if you are interested in playing a drow. I would not go straying too far untill u get familiar with the DnD world though, as the drow are not a loved people and you will have problems almost everywhere you go simply because you are drow

A quick search on a9 (google) produced several maps. Make sure to click the images button to see them.

http://www.underdark...y/maps/map2.jpg is half a map, focusing on the eastern side of Anaurach.

No, not all 3.5 adventures use Eberron. Remember two things:

1. WotC is not the only company who produces adventures for use with Dungeons & Dragons 3.5. Many good adventures have been published by other companies.

2. 3.0E adventures are perfectly useful when you have a 3.5 PHB/DMG. You can mix and match.

Forgotten Realms much like Eberron or Darksun or Greyhawk or the scary Ravenloft are only campaing settings. they are worlds created by writers that people seemed to like to play in. At their core thats all they are, like different backdrops in the same basic game. They may have slightly different rules and gods and spells etc etc but all the basic rules still apply.

3.0 maps should be perfectly usable with 3.5. What makes 3.5 or 3.0 or 2.0 or any edition of the game incompatible with the others is the rulesed. Though you can convert between them 2.0 and 3.0 are two very different rulesets. 3.5 however is only a "refinement" of the 3.0 rules. So though there are changes most of the rules and ideas betwen 3.0 and 3.5 are the same or extremely compatible.

Just to make sure, when you say map do you literaly mean a paper with terrain and treasure and such on it? Because if you do then any map will work with any version. Just use the proper rules for the version you are playing to resolve movement and such.

Are there any plans to make forgotten realms adventures for 3.5. I've read some of the forgotten realms books "the dark elf trilogy" and they are really sweet. Is there a thing like the underdark in eberon.

I'm pretty sure that there are already a number of modules out there for FR in 3.5E. Pretty much any FR module that you can buy at any hobby shop now, unless it's used, is going to be for 3.5E.

Actually Sam the SRD is only about six books: The PHB (Players Hand book) The Monster Manual, The Dungeon Masters Guide (or DMG), The Psionics Handbook, A little bit of Deities and Demigods and perhaps a few suppliements...

However if anyone is interested in digging up a few resources or a dnd for newbies guide check out my website (http://www.griffinscache.co.nr click the downloads link) or drop me an email (jackgrifftim@gmail.com) I am currently working on a few things but I always enjoy getting new projects... (For those who are curious I am working on a DND 2 SRD, Simplifying a Realistic Combat System, Creating an indepth DND Stats System (now 35% complete), and at some point I will create one of those DND DM Aids...)

You should definitely not call it the SRD 2, as that will land you in major problems with WotC.

Well, as long as we're gravediggin', might as well add something. Forgotten Realms sourcebooks at all major DnD carrying stores.

Not that it matters, as dndnewbie seems to have left long ago.
